Hey there! I'm Tim Ashford, a UESCA-certified ultrarunning coach with over a decade of personal experience competing in ultramarathons ranging from 50 to 100 miles. My journey in ultrarunning began as a personal challenge that evolved into a deep passion for the sport and eventually into professional coaching dedicated to helping others achieve their ultrarunning goals. My approach to coaching is grounded in comprehensive education in exercise science and endurance training principles, combined with the practical wisdom gained from thousands of miles on challenging terrain. This blend of science-based knowledge and trail-tested experience allows me to address the unique demands of ultrarunning from multiple perspectives.
